Immediately after storming the county of Narok and held a mega rally with the locals, Raila's Deputy Martha Karua landed in Nakuru for a series of Rallies in a bid to popularize the Azimio la Umoja team which has continued to make inroads in the Rift Valley in the past few days.

While in Nakuru the team was joined by the area Governor Lee Kinyanjui who is also seeking the mandate of the voters to run the county for a second time despite facing a stiff competition from the team of senator Susan Kihika who is seeking to unseat him on a UDA ticket.
Martha Karua is keen on ensuring that come August the people of Kenya and Nakuru at large accord her the much needed support and become the next deputy president of Kenya and serve under the leadership of Raila Odinga and his Azimio la Umoja team.
