Ruto Showers Keroche CEO With Praises As He Welcomes Her To UDA

Keroche Breweries CEO Tabitha Karanja has joined Deputy President William Ruto' s UDA Party as she aims to run for the Nakuru Senatorial seat in the 2022 General Election.

While speaking on Wednesday, during a UDA campaign event at the Nakuru Show Grounds, Dr. Karanja was officially welcomed into the DP Ruto- led hustler movement.

The creator of Kerecho Breweries, speaking to the crowd at the occasion, praised DP Ruto' s proposed bottom- up economic model, stating it would be one of the solutions to improve livelihoods in the country.

She urged the DP to make creating a fair playing field and a business- friendly atmosphere a top priority if he wins the presidency.

" I want to be the next Senator for Nakuru so that the laws we pass at the top do not oppress you on the ground. . . I' ve listened to you, and I agree that the UDA party is the only way for me to get to the Senate and represent you " Karanja stated.

" I also listened to the Deputy President' s remarks about the bottom- up economic approach. It' s something I' ve been doing for the past 25 years. I am a living example of the bottom- up economic model. " she added.

Dr. Karanja also pressed the DP to address the issue of high taxes and fully assist local businesses through the buy- kenya- build- kenya plan.

DP Ruto welcomed Tabitha Karanja into the UDA party by handing her the signature UDA cap.

He lauded Dr. Karanja, adding that despite her poor beginnings, she had set an example of the bottom- up economic paradigm by establishing a large industry.

" Today, H. E. William Ruto and his partners, among others, welcome Tabitha Karanja, CEO of Keroche Breweries, to the Hustler Movement. Tabitha embodies the entrepreneur who has worked her way up from the bottom. But if you' ve ever been a hustler, you' ve always been a hustler " Hussein Mohamed, DP Ruto' s Presidential campaign' s Director of Communications, stated in a statement.
