Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto has the most difficult task if he is to succeed the retiring incumbent President Uhuru Kenyatta who is serving his last term in office. DP William Ruto has to ensure that he defeats the former second Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya Hon Raila Amolo Odinga who is is vying for the country's top seat for a record five times.
DP William Ruto has woken up to bad news as he is told why Hon Raila Amolo Odinga will win over 15 million votes in the fourth coming general elections to be held in August this year. Speaking in Citizen TV Kenya, Hon Fred Okang'o said that the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Movement is looking at 15 million votes and arevat the point that Hon Raila will get those votes due to his agenda. If Hon Raila Amolo Odinga gets all those votes, he will definitely be the fifth President of Kenya.
