Ruto and Aisha were walking towards their tent as they were being escorted by a few of the area residents and local leaders.
DP Ruto and Aisha were waving at the crowd, of mostly women as most of them were already sited on the ground waiting for Ruto’s arrival.
After the second in command had greeted the local leaders and was heading to his seat together with Aisha, the Malindi MP suddenly run towards the crowd.
Aisha who was next to Ruto was waving to the crowd when she suddenly run towards where the women were sitting amid cheers from the crowd.
She started waving as the crowd went wild before she went and took the microphone to start the event.
The Malindi MP again excited the crowd when she was welcoming the DP to speak to the area residence when she started singing praising Ruto.
DP Ruto and other local leaders joined Aisha as she was dancing while singing and the crowd joined in the singing before the DP was given the microphone.
The deputy president during his speech asked the Kilifi people to support him in the 2022 elections saying he wants to ditch Jubilee adding that Aisha has ditched ODM so they can join UDA to change the lives of Kenyans.
