In a recent interview Jubilee party secretary general Jeremiah Kioni gave an overall comment about the performance of president William Ruto's government. Citing the first 100 days Kioni said that the new regime has already failed and Ruto would rule for only one term. His remarks were seconded by a number of opposition leaders across the country who agreed that Ruto was failing in his duties as the head of state.
However, the opposition may end up in tears if the prophecy made by Nick Salat about Ruto's governance on Sunday will come to pass. Salat in a statement that went viral said that president William Ruto will rule for 10 years just like his former boss Uhuru Kenyatta. Salat pointed out to the great reception Ruto received in Nyanza during his recent visit and said it says it all. Salat then pleaded with Ruto to accept him back since he has already suffered enough.
"I know you will be president for 10 years. I saw the great reception that you were accorded in Nyanza and I cannot be left behind. Wherever you are, I will be. I have suffered too long, please accept me back," Salary said in a statement.
