DP Ruto Tackles Jubilee After Embarrassing losses in Bonchari, Rurii and Juja

Deputy President William Ruto has responded to the UDA winning streak in yesterday’s by-elections, tacking Jubilee in the process.

Ruto hailed the victory recorded by the hustler movement in Rurii and in Juja where George LKoimburi is set to be declared the winner.

In Bonchari, the UDA candidate lost narrowly to ODM’s Pavel Oimeke, an indication that the party is gaining ground.

The second in command once again took a swipe at the pro-BBI brigade of President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga reminding them of the next agenda following the declaration that the BBI process is illegal and with the race over.

Ruto noted that it is time for all to unite and engage on issues, most notably the economy and the big 4 agenda.

Taking to Twitter in the wake of the development, DP Ruto wrote:

“We thank GOD for Hustler nation VICTORY in Juja & Rurie and the AWESOME show in bonchari. A big CONGRATULATIONS to all our hustler TEAMS for a sterling PERFORMANCE against all odds. HONGERA our competitors, let’s keep it ISSUE BASED and PULL together. Sasa tupange uchumi na Big4”.

The move was celebrated by the Tanga Tanga brigade, led by Dennis Itumbi who gave frequent updates on social media as the DP Ruto camp monitored the situation closely.

The victory was a hard-fought one which according to Moses Kuria, almost saw him lose his life.

Moses Kuria escapes death narrowly during heated Juja by elections, speaks on the scary experience

“This tragic story of 18th May 2021 will require a lot of energy to tell. It will be told for generations to come. For now all we can say is at this hour 3.42am on 19th May 2021, we are still stuck at the Mangu High School. We are not sure when we will leave this centre. That we escaped death by a whisker last evening is the most vivid proof that God is indeed still in the throne. We need your prayers above all else” Kuria wrote.
