Purity Wangui's Ngirici, the women representative of Kirinyaga county has told off Governor Ann Waiguru that he will beat her hands down in the upcoming UDA nominations. In a video circulating in social media, the women member of parliament for kirinyaga appears to be sending warning shots to the governor who defected to UDA a few days ago. Ann Waiguru and Purity Ngirici are both influential but the later has been a consistent supporter of UDA while the former has been a supporter of Jubilee and BBI.
The fall of BBI left many to become 'orphans' and they are now seeking for someone to adopt them. UDA is seen as a party that will take almost all the seats in central Kenya after Jubilee Party disintegrated. William Ruto has since said that the party will hold free and fair nominations.
In conclusion, who between the two do you think will win the UDA nomination?
