
In a struggle between Raila Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto, Deputy President William Ruto is slated to tour the West Pokot region, which has been seen as a stronghold for Deputy President William Ruto.
William Ruto, the Deputy President, invaded the Machakos region today, beginning with Mwala seat, to promote his presidential ambitions. The second in command held numerous rallies, urging residents to speak with Wiper party leader Kalonzo about joining him in forming the next government in August of this year.
The second-in-command is expected to launch an empowerment program in the region that will benefit the region's youth and women. William Ruto, the Deputy President, is considered a top contender.In the next general election, The DP has a number of members of parliament from the region who are very helpful to him.
Deputy President William Ruto began his tour shortly after being sworn in as the Republic of Kenya's Deputy President.
