Sakaja has faced huge troubles in his bid to the the seat of Governor in Nairobi county amidst competing interests. High Court today through Justice Anthony Mrima is expected to issue a ruling on whether he has the qualifications to contest for the seat of Governor or not.

The High Court of Kenya is expected to make a ruling to determine of his eligibility. A voter going by the name of Dennis Wahome moved to court seeking to have the senator blocked from vying under the guise that he is not qualified owing to his degree issues which are yet to be clarified.
Sakaja has already termed the petitioner against him Dennis Wahome a gun for hire out to stop his statehouse bid ambitions. He is clear the person has not explained of his interest in the matter rather he is only playing for the interest of state actors who are out to capture the country.
However as we move into the elections, let's wait and see of how High Court will rule for it's clear someone is out to stop his ambitions. At the moment, Sakaja has stood to his guns making it clear that he fully graduated from Team University though he is yet to graduate from Nairobi University.
