Hon Kelvin Daniel has revealed that a female police officer who shot herself using a gun is his sister.
Cop Irene Wangari Mingongo committed suicide by shooting herself using a gun that had been handed over to her as preparations for her duty the following day.
Kelvin penned down an emotional post on Instagram as he mourned his sister just several months after they lost their father.
