Citizen TV's Linus Kaikai Delivers Bad News to Cherera Four if President Ruto Makes This Move

Citizen TV's Linus Kaikai has delivered bad news to "Cherera four" Commissioners after the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee today submitted their report in the floor of National Assembly. The JLAC in its report wants IEBC Vice Chair Juliana Cherera, Justus Nyangaya, Irene Marsit and Francis Wanderi kicked out of the electoral Commission.

Kenya Kwanza Alliance camp is expected to push for the adoption of JLAC report to compel President William Ruto to establish a tribunal to try the four embattled IEBC Commissioners. Linus Kaikai while talking during the News Gang show stated that once President Ruto names a tribunal, the Cherera led Commissioners stand suspended and that means they can't transact business on behalf of IEBC.

"The moment the President names the tribunal, the commissioners stand suspended and that means they cannot transact business on behalf of IEBC. It basically marks the beginning of the end for the Cherera Four" Linus Kaikai's statement.

Linus Kaikai has revealed that the fate of the embattled IEBC Commissioners hang in the balance once President Ruto forms a tribunal to investigate them. It will mark the end for the Cherera four as they face the tribunal and wait for the verdict.
