It Is Now Or Never, August 9th Polls In Jeopardy As Raila's Makes a Bold Declaration Ahead Of Polls

With only about 33 days to the eagerly awaited August ninth general elections, presidential Candidates who are keen to succeed President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta have hastened their nationwide campaigns while selling their respective bids.

Among the high ranking figures who have received the nod of Independent Electoral And Boundaries Commission to contest for this highly coveted seat in the land, include Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Coalition presidential candidate, Raila Amolo Odinga.

Raila is going for his fifth attempt at the presidency after four unsuccessful previous attempts on the same.

Despite Raila being optimistic of trouncing his rivals at the ballot come August ninth, he has been persistently raising numerous concerns to IEBC on some grey areas that need to be ironed out for a free,credible ,fair and transparent elections.

Whereas IEBC is insisting on the use of electric voter identification, Raila and his brigade have maintained that the manual register has to be used as a back up to aid incase of technological breakdown and other possible scenarios.

With IEBC still non committal on succumbing to Raila's demands and plea,the former Prime Minister has now threatened to boycott elections if IEBC does not allow use of manual register.

Meanwhile,lets wait and see how the events will continue to unfold ahead of August ninth.
