Odm leader Raila Odinga was today in Turkana County that is under the leadership of Governor Josphat Nanok, where he was drumming support for the BBI report. Odinga visited the Turkana County to redeem back his supporters following the act of Governor Nanok decamping from Odm to Join Ruto's camp.
Raila was accompanied by a team of government leaders and politicians who support the handshake between Odinga and President Kenyatta. The leaders included Maina Kamanda, Junet Mohammed, Gladys Wanga, John Munyes, Mishi Mboko among many more.
Addressing the citizens at Lodwar town, former Starehe lawmaker, Hon. Maina Kamanda described Raila as a powerful man. Kamanda added on saying if it was not for the handshake, Raila could have removed President Kenyatta from the office after the 2017 general elections that were marred by illegalities and irregularities.
In conclusion, Kamanda has been on the forefront to drum support for the passing of the BBI report as he has been accompanying the Odm leader Raila to urge citizens to read and support the bill.
