Jimmy Wanjigi has been forced to spend some time behind the bars following his arrest that came after his house was kept under siege for about 20 hours. Speaking to the journalists, Jimmy Wanjigi said that his arrest had nothing to do with the Westlands land. He termed what is happening to him rubbish saying it is political linked.
He went ahead and that he has been arrested because he is making elections uncomfortable for some guys. When the journalists asked Jimmy Wanjigi if he was planning to do any major political function soon, he said that they were planning to pull a major delegates conference for his ODM party.

Jimmy has termed what is happening to him to be total rubbish because of the petty reasons behind it that are being planted on him. Up to now, Jimmy Wanjigi is not sure enough of the real intension as he waits to be taken to court.
