Today, the country and the Moi family is marking exactly one year since the second President of the Republic of Kenya, the late MzeeDaniel Toroitich Arap Moi died. The former president had ruled the country for a record 24 years.
He died last year on the 4th of February and today there's a remembrance ceremony taking place at his Kabaraka home and it has been attended by several leaders including president Uhuru Kenyatta and even the Moi family.
What has attracted people mostly is the grave of the late president that has has been constructed in the most beautiful way ever and painted all white. It has also been enclosed together with that of his wife Lena Moi and it's just some much beautiful and with the flowers placed around it.
The grave also have also have some eight pillers holding on the roof and on these pillars, the names of all Moi's Children have been written on on each pillar.
