"Tukutane Kamukunji" Raila Tells Supporters As He Reveals What Allegedly Happened on August 9th

Opposition Leader Raila Odinga on Sunday brought some sections of Nairobi to a standstill a few hours after President William Ruto warned him.

President Ruto while attending a church service in Embu County, said he had asked Interior CS to plan how is going to respond to Raila's planned demonstration and secure Kenyans' properties.Moments later, Raila popped up in the capital and held a bride roadside rally in Utawala ahead of his big event at Kamukunji.

The four; Juliana Cherera, Irene Masit, Francis Wanderi and Justus Nyang’aya are being grilled after petitions were filed challenging their suitability to hold office, following their disowning of the August 9 Election presidential results.Nyang’anya resigned on Friday.He also accuses President Ruto of a ploy to rig the 2027 elections following suspension of the four, as well as what he terms as skewed public appointments.

 In what seems to be a war of words between the two leaders, Raila released a video of Ruto protesting election results and captioned it: "Do not act like you have forgotten, when the shoe was firmly on the other foot," he said.Raila has been protesting Ruto's move to Suspend the four who differed with IEBC chair Wafula Chebukati over the August polls results. He condemned the suspension of four commissioners terming the move as political.
