Muranga Senator Irungu Kang'ata has called out Tangatanga Members of Parliament from Mt Kenya region a group of legislators allied to Deputy President William Ruto to be vigilant, revealing the biggest threat facing the Second in Command growing popularity in the vote-rich bloc.
According to MP Kangata, he has informed that DP Ruto should be worried about seeing Raila Odinga make his entry to the Mt Kenya region and that they should not take it easy since it might cost them their support in the region.
The Muranga Senator who has seemed to have panicked over Orange Democratic Movement Party Leader Raila Odinga recent tour in Mt Kenya has told that "Mr. DP Ruto, I want to tell you that if you allow Raila Odinga to continue making inroads in Mt Kenya region, know that things might turn around for us."
"This man Raila came in Jubilee and it died. Right now we have seen hiking in the price of petrol just because of him," Muranga Senator Irungu Kang'ata has added.
The Muranga senator has however said that it should be clear to everyone that no one loves to be defeated warning those Mt Kenya Tangatanga leaders to be a bit vigilant failure to which they might suffer a major defeat in 2022.
"Nobody loves defeat but we must come out early in advance to protect our man. We must prove that we are real owners of the Mt Kenya region and not those who seats in board rooms. I don't have much to say," Kang'ata said.
