Honourable John Kawanjiku Njuguna the newly elected Member of Parliament for Kiambaa constituency struggled to speak in English while in Parliament as the Members of the Parliament listened keenly to his speech.
Recently,the speaker of the National Assembly,Justin Muturi stated that since the Kawanjiku was elected,he rarely attends parliamentary sessions.
The Kiambaa MP was explaining that his constituency elected him so that he can ensure there is transparency especially when it comes to bursary allocations.However the whole house could not understand what he was talking about since his sentences were not clear.
The MP struggled to speak in English as he said ,"they believed in me,gave me an opportunity to sell my ideas to the people to ensure that we give out bursaries in a more transparent manner that has never been seen before."
