President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto was elected as the fifth President of the Republic of Kenya during the recently concluded hotly contested general elections through the United Democratic Alliance party ticket which is affiliated to the Kenya Kwanza Alliance. The president narrowly and controversialy defeated the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Movement presidential flag bearer Hon Raila Amolo Odinga.
But the Kenya Kwanza Alliance politicians and supporters have been left flat-footed as the following is publicly revealed to Kenyans. According to K24 TV Kenya, vocal City Lawyer Danstan Omari said that president William Samoei Arap Ruto has put it very clear that he is no longer the president of Kenya Kwanza Alliance but he is the president of the Republic of Kenya. Many Kenya Kwanza Alliance politicians thought that they are the ones to control how things are governed in the country to their dismay.
