Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka has told President William Ruto to know that he will not support him blindly. Kalonzo says that the 2027 elections have only two horses and that will be him and Ruto.
Kalonzo says that though Ruto is his main rival in the 2027 elections he can support him if he takes development projects in Kamba region seriously. Kalonzo has noted that development in the whole Kamba region can entice to work with the current regime to ensure that his people benefits.
He says all leaders usually go for offices to transform the country and if Ruto extends development to his backyard the he will be convinced. He has observed that Thwake dam should be on top of that list. Followed by Tharaka dam which is also important for the region.
“I am a crusader of development and if the President can start supporting the development projects that we have outlined then I can support his administration. I want our people to benefit from the administration as they build us Thwake and Tharake dam for a start. When done, I can support Ruto’s government as we gear up for 2027,” Kalonzo has said.
