In the final rush hours of preparation and traveling to part of the 5th presidential inauguration in kenya, 31 people have been injured in a bus accident.This happened along the Nakuru-Eldoret highway on the famous blind spot that is known for tragic accidents.
The passengers were travelling to Nairobi in a school bus for the swearing in ceremony of President-elect William Ruto and his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua.They were travelling to be part of the Kasarani ceremony that is to happen on the 13th of September. The 31 were travelling to kasarani from Sugoi, the president elect's home. With minor injuries, they were rushed to the nearest Migaa health center.
The bus lost control and rolled into a ditch at Migaa trading along the Nakuru-Eldoret highway Although No fatalities have been reported. Kenyans have been urged to be careful on the roads and to avoid excitements and driving under the influence of drugs that impare judgments.
