While addressing the press today from the Kasarani stadium Suna East MP Junet Mohammed who is part of the organizing committee hinted that Raila’s running mate may be named on Friday 10th in the Azimio la Umoja celebrations.
When asked on who will attend the event, Junet said that members of the public should be patient and that they will get to see them at the event. He added that both the bride and bridegroom will be revealed while using the analogy of a ‘wedding’.
Many have been speculating on the likely candidate to deputize the former PM in his next government. The likes of Peter Kenneth, Lee Kinyanjui, Peter Munya and Martha Karua have been fronted by their respective camps as well suited for the job.
Happiness has been building up in the hearts of Kenyans as the event draws closer. For years Ruto has been running alone but now an even stronger force is about to enter the race and fans can’t wait to see who will win. All the best to baba.
