Raila's Popularity in Mt Kenya Rises High as New Polls Reveals Where DP Ruto, Musalia Are Placed

According to a latest survey conducted by Mizani Africa, the popularity of ODM party leader Raila Odinga has grown to 27.1 percent in Mount Kenya.

The poll,which was conducted in the Central Kenya region between October 1 and October 13, places Deputy President William Ruto was the most popular presidential candidate in the region, with 58.2 percent.

The results of the poll, which were announced today October 18, places ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi in third position with 5.2 percent.

Talos found that ODM was more popular than the Jubilee party in Mount Kenya if elections were held today.

Ruto's United Democratic Alliance (UDA) came in first With 61.7 percent , Raila Odinga's ODM came in second with 22.4 percent.President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee party, which has split into two factions, came in third place with 10.2 percent.

The new polls comes days after another poll was done by local media outlet which showed that Raila Odinga's popularity in Mount Kenya was growing rapidly.
