What DP Ruto Did To A Woman Who Attempted To Hug Him Minutes After Landing In Makueni

That was an awkward moment as deputy President William Ruto was warmly received after he landed in Kibwezi, Makueni County today.

After Ruto landed at a field in Kibwezi, local leaders led by former MP Regina Ndambuki came to greet him.

Ndambuki was first to welcome Ruto and the DP hard his hands stretched to greet her before they hugged as other leaders were coming to also great the second in command.

The second person was a woman dressed in red and after seeing the MP hugging the second-in-command she also tried to hug Ruto but the Deputy President tried to push her back as the encounter was caught on camera.

The political leader is seen struggling to put her arms around DP Ruto to give him a hug as the DP was trying to shake her right hand.

This comes barely two days after Ruto was heckled in Busia where he had gone to check for support in a bid to secure a top sit in the incoming 2022 general elections.
