Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has already completed the verification processes of forms 34Bs and paved the way for the announcement of Presidential results by the IEBC Chairman Wafula Chubukati.
And even as the Kenyans await Chebukati to announce the winner, photos of Deputy President William Ruto getting prepared for the big day have emerged from his Karen office in Nairobi.
From the photos shared by one of the Digital Strategists in Ruto's circles GK Malema, Ruto could be seen in the company of Kandara elect-MP Alice Wahome. The two are clad in black and yellow outfits, a dominant colour for the UDA party.
Ruto together with Raila Odinga are expected at the Bomas of Kenya anytime from now before the big announcement.
Already, the stage has been cleared and set ready for the big announcement. It is highly anticipated that Chebukati will announce the results before 3PM bringing to an end a six-day long wait by Kenyans.
Already, a section of Uasin Gishu residents have taken to the streets ready for the big announcement. From the photos shared from Eldoret town on Monday morning, cars full of the famous Kalenjin ceremonial plants (sinendeet) could be seen around most of the streets as the residents await Chebukati's announcement.
According to Malema, Ruto will proceed to Bomas of Kenya before later going to the Catholic University of East Africa where he will address his supporters. UDA has already set a stage at the university.
