A group of petitioner's have moved to court seeking the suspension of the 50 billion Hustlers Fund Scheme which was launched on first of this month by president William Ruto.
According to the petition filed against the Attorney General, President Ruto, and other six individuals, lawyer Odero and Kevin Macharia argued that the Fund was launched before the establishment of any advisory board tasked among other things provide oversight in the administration of the kitty.
The petitioner's said that they also want to know from the controller of the budget to reveal the main source of the Fund, because they say the way that they give out money to Kenyans is unconstitutional.

They continued further starting that "Wanjiku, the person representing you has not appropriated these fund so the question is where is this fund from and where is it sitting?"
