Lamu County Kenya Kwanza Supporters Join Azimio

Huge blow to Kenya Kwanza Coalition as Number of Lamu Kenya Kwanza Coalition supporter’s defect.

This comes days after president Uhuru Kenyatta announced issuing of one million land tittle deeds across the country.

Speaking during an interview at Mpeketoni, Phonik Baraza, Witu ward resident pointed out that they decided to ditch Kenya kwanza Coalition due uncertainty to fulfil their agendas if elected.

“Kenya kwanza coalition is making huge promises to voters which I have analyzed and feel they can’t attain if elected,” Baraza said

“Issueing of Tittle deeds to Lamu residents on the corner changed my mind to support Azimio and I bet Raila Odinga’s government will do more to Lamu county residents if elected,” He added.

This comes days after president Uhuru Kenyatta announced issueing of one million land tittle deeds across the country.

More than thirty-six thousand Lamu residents are expected to receive title deeds in the next few days.

ANC party leader and Kiharu mp Ndindi Nyoro from Kenya Kwanza coalition led an economic forum at Mokowe, Lamu on Friday where they met different Lamu County community sectors
