Orange Democratic Movement Party Leader Hon Raila Odinga has today invaded President Uhuru Kenyatta's Mt Kenya backyard where he received a heroic welcome from Nakuru County Residents.
Hours after the former Prime Minister Slammed Deputy President Willam Ruto and his allies over what he called increased graft cases as well as hard economic times, Raila has received another Nickname. This is after Wahome Thuku has come out to castigate those who have been questioning Raila's intention of Visiting the Mt Kenya region when the electioneering period begins, after openly reporting that Raila is a "Muthonwa" (In-Law) and has all the rights to visit the region without any permission.
"Hey Mr Deputy President: Just a point of information, Raila Odinga's sons are married to daughters of the Mountain. He is a Mûthoniwa without pretence or sugar coating. You can only welcome him in that small village in Nigeria," Wahome said.
But reacting to his message, Kenyans on Facebook have now come out in large numbers to express their reactions. While some agreed with Wahome's message, others have argued that Raila's bid is unreliable in the region.
