President William Ruto today met with Kenya Kwanza members at State House during a church service that was presided over by Rachel Ruto and Mama Dorcas. It was a come together occasion for the Kenya Kwanza coalition after their victory. It was was also a welcoming event for the president after spending the last six days in the United States.
Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua was among the top guests at the service together with his wife. Gachagua's wife excited the people present when she called her husband to address the congregation. Ruto was excited by her remarks and when he was addressing the people he congratulated her for standing with her husband.
Ruto then asked Gachagua to always stay close to his wife and consult her whenever he has a problem. This is because she is a powerful woman and would give him good advice on how to rule. Dorcas has been very close to Gachagua in his political career and most of his achievements have been because of her.
