Tension As The President Set To Address The Nation On 1st May

Kenyans are celebrating their labour today though the pandemic has interfered with everything in the country and therefore holidays are no longer enjoyed as they used to be.

The president is expected to address the nation today as he joins kenyans in celebrating labour in their various homes under Covid-19 protocols. The eyes of kenyans are well set on today's speech from the head of the nation and their expectations might be quite different from what His Excellence Uhuru Kenyatta may address.

Kenyans are expecting the president to address the nation on the following areas.

1. Lockdowns and curfews.

Kenyans are expecting the president to say something on lockdowns and curfews. The five counties that were found to be the epicentre of the virus and locked should be reopened and allow people operate under strict Covid-19 Measures.

2. Economy of the country.

News from a radio station called Sulwe FM, today morning the voice of the president was played and he was saying that the economy of the country requires the effort of all kenyans in order to reform. He said that he is planning to invite some visitors in the nation to come and discuss matters concerning the economy.

3. School reopening.

His Excellence Uhuru Kenyatta is also expected to address the nation about school reopening putting in mind the positivity rate and rate of infection in the country.

My point of concern on the same; do you think the president will reopen any area today depending with the current state of Covid-19 in the country? Drop your opinion on this in the comment section also remember to share.
