The national assembly is currently experiencing political tension as temperatures continue to rise following allegations by Wajir county woman representative Hon Fatuma Gedi. Gedi caused a storm by carrying a bag which she claimed was full of evidence against deputy president William Ruto.
In her unsubstantiated and hollow allegations, the female MP stated that deputy president William Ruto is unfit to govern the country. And during the heated session, speaker Hon Justin Muturi revealed three things that Gedi Carried in her bag.
In the revelations, the MP carried an alleged report from the National lands commission (NLC) concerning deputy president William Ruto's Weston Hotel, a High Court judgement on the infamous Muteshi land saga and her own report that she compiled to explain why Ruto is allegedly unfit to be president.
In an unrelated story, Starehe constituency member of Parliament Charles Kanyi alias Jaguar was reportedly chased away by irate voters in Nairobi during the UDA party nominations that are currently going on.
In a video by Kahawatungu, the crowd appears to turn hostile against the first term MP heckling and turning rowdy against the MP who was forced out together with his delegation.
