The parliament house and the Senate passes the bill overwhelmingly making the country to go for a referendum. Unfortunately the dream of the referendum was stopped by a five benched Judges of the High Court. The Judges ruled that the constitution amendment bill was not done according to the constitution. This is a blow to President Uhuru Kenyatta and Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
Yesterday, Deputy President William Ruto held a meeting with former councilors from Kajiado county. The aim of the meeting was to educate them of his Bottom - Up economic model. He didn't shy away on speaking on the constitution amendment. He said that the Constitution is not the problem in the country. The problem is the leadership of the country which must change.
He went ahead and gave his opinion on the leadership of the country. He said the country should not have losers. Everyone can be winners if they sat together and listened to each other and get a solution.
