On Friday, Kalonzo Musyoka organized a prayer service at his family home in Machakos County. The event, attended by various leaders, carried a powerful message of solidarity and emphasized the importance of coming together despite political or ideological differences. Notably, former Mungiki leader Maina Njenga's presence at the prayer service highlighted the potential for reconciliation and the pursuit of shared values among diverse individuals. 
Former Mungiki leader Maina Njenga now say that after he discovered that the police were trailing him for questioning after firearms and Bhang were found in a house linked to him, he had to look for hiding places.
