Renowned Kenyan political analyst and professor Mutahi Ngunyi has broken his silence after the deputy president William Ruto appointed former citizen TV news anchor Hussein Mohammed as the head of communication for his campaigns. In a statement, Ruto announced that Mohammed will take over as the head of communications for the United Democratic Alliance party UDA.
According to Prof Mutahi Ngunyi however, the move to appoint Mohammed is a result of a revolution eating its own people since Dennis Ole Itumbi has been the one in charge of communications for the DP and his campaign team.

Ngunyi in a series of allegations has said that Mohammed has replaced Itumbi, Musalia Mudavadi replaced Ann Waiguru as the deputy president in UDA and that Itumbi's legs were broken in a fake highjack that could have been orchestrated by the UDA allied goons.
"Do revolutions eat their own children?" Mutahi Ngunyi has sarcastically asked.
