Since William Ruto's election as president-elect, attorney Amos Wako has spoken out. Wako claims that he will be in Nairobi on Monday to confirm on the petition as a senior Counsel in order to have the election victory of William Ruto challenged before the Kenyan Supreme Court.
Wako claims that the Azimio petition would be filed and submitted in court on Monday. The supreme court is anticipated to hear the petition and make a determination regarding whether or not Kenyans should hold new elections.
Expect the Azimio appeal to be heard at the Kenyan Supreme Court tomorrow as prominent attorneys team up to take on the Kenya Kwanza camp. The court's consideration of the facts will also determine if the case truly represents a titanic struggle between the best and the brightest.
