Murkomen's Message To Uhuru, Matiang'i After 3 People Were Killed Near Police Station

Elgeyo Marakwet county senator Onesimus Kipchumba Murkomen has now launched a scathing attack at President Uhuru Kenyatta and Cabinet Secretary Interior Dr Fred Matiang'i.

Taking to his social media account on Friday evening, the vocal TangaTanga leader revealed bad news that three people had been killed by bandits and to make it worse, they were killed near a police station.

''This afternoon at around 3pm bandits ambushed&killed Salina Remok, Jennifer Philip, Kabatich Lotuliangoror at the gate of AIC Liter&about 200 meters from Liter Police Station.President Kenyatta @StateHouseKenya @FredMatiangi are we children of a lesser God? This is unconscionable,''revealed Onesimus Kipchumba Murkomen.

The sentiments by the former Majority Leader in the Senate comes as banditry continue exposing residents of parts of Elgeyo Marakwet in danger.

It is not the first time that people are killed on accounts of banditry, a number of citizens have been victims of the same which has led to several measures being undertaken.

The CS speaking late last year on banditry containment maintained that the government is taking serious the move.

“We will crush them. It is only a matter of days and you will see how we will deal with them.These elements who were out to spoil the prevailing peace and stability in the region will not have space in our country anymore,” the CS said.
