Jubilee Vice-Chairman David Murathe and Narc Kenya Party Leader Martha Karua have warned of what will happen should Deputy President William Ruto win the Presidency or be defeated by former Prime Minister Raila Odinga as new details emerge.
According to Murathe, he has said that Kenyans should be careful of DP Ruto and should not vote for him as the next President of Kenya explaining that he is a man who if he gets a chance to the Presidency can rule through dictatorship, by first abolishing his term limits to make sure he remains in power.
Murathe has however said that even if DP Ruto is defeated there is fear that he might not concede defeat.
"Ruto is someone who will die for power. I am very fearful of what will happen when the man is defeated. You can be sure that he will not concede defeat," Jubilee Vice Chairman David Murathe has said.
Martha Karua has also said that DP Ruto is not a leader to trust with power if he can dare face his boss and insult him in public, saying that he has shown that he is a leader full of anger.
“If someone is daring enough to confront the Head of State and even threaten to slap him, what do you think can happen to the ordinary Kenyan if such person is wielding presidential powers. He is likely to misuse those powers and trample upon your rights,” she said.
