Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader who is also a member of the Kenya Kwanza coalition led by Deputy President William Ruto has left Kenyans talking after his latest remarks.

According to his twit, the ANC party boss while urging Kenyans to remain calm has described the Azimio coalition members as perennial promoters of disorder. This is after the Azimio crew held a meeting at KICC to celebrate their victory even in the presidential elections ahead of the much-awaited announcement by the IEBC chair Wafula Chebukati.

Kenyans have been anxiously waiting for the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to declare the winner of the presidential elections. The verification exercise is still in progress with the Azimio la Umoja flag-bearer Raila Odinga taking the lead and William Ruto trailing closely behind him, according to reports by Reuters News.

“I ask Kenyans to remain calm. Let's be patient as we wait for IEBC to tally and declare the presidential results. We should not be distracted by the activities of perennial promoters of disorder. Let's maintain peace, protect the integrity of our vote and defend the constitution,“ Musalia Mudavadi posted on his official Twitter account.
