After bringing his relationship with President Uhuru to light revealing that he has been mistreated in the Jubilee government what he said he will not allow his deputy to undergo the same if he will be allowed to lead this country as the next president.
Ruto has now given up on trying to reclaim his position in the Jubilee government where he is not wanted and humiliated but had decided to focus on his ambitions of becoming the next president of Kenya as quoted by the Nation Africa.
"Deputy President William Ruto has given up the fight to reclaim his place in Jubilee's center of power and will now focus on his presidential ambitions," Nation Africa tweeted.
Ruto is now determined to use the remaining time to strategize on his campaign and how he will win against his strong political opponent, Raila Odinga, and the One Kenya Alliance that he believes is not strong enough to challenge him in the 2022 general elections.
