'Walking constitution' You have probably heard this phrase and it's synonymous with the Siaya county Senator James Aggrey Orengo. His vast knowledge, experience and practice of the law has coined him this name.
The law mongul senator is celebrating his 70th birthday and Kenyans can't keep quiet about it. Messages of goodwill have been pouring out on social media platforms wishing Orengo a better life. Orengo's Throw back photo.
Many have termed him a political seers with his political prophecies coming to pass. At one point, Senator James Orengo warned the Jubilee allied senators of passing controversial bills on the floor of the house for they would come to haunt them. The rest is a story.
The Senator has been fundamental in shaping ODM Party leader Raila Odinga's political career and this has earned him big trust to be in Raila's inner circle. Orengo is serving his second term as Siaya county Senator.
