How People of South Mugirango Ferry Caskets Due To Poor Roads, Faulted These Leaders

Residents of south mugirango in kisii county are crying foul to the county and national government to check on poor roads in the area. It is always a big challenge during rainy season and again during burial ceremonies when people ferry their caskets to the respective homes. It hurts when people elect leaders who are incompetent in duties.

For the filder roads leading to villages they blame the governor, James ongwae through their area members of county assembly.

Residents of nyasasa village were forced to ferry their casket on a motorbike because the road was impassable by a vehicle. According to Japheth Omuro who posted to TV 47 channel in Facebook, he questions the area member of parliament, Silvanus Osoro for the poor roads. Silvanus Osoro is a vocal MP who was recently involved in fist fight with Simba arati. It hurts if he fights when his area roads are poorly managed.

"Where is Hon silvanus Osoro: south mugirango, nyasasa.Hakuna barabara. What a shame?", Japheth said.

The burial was for mama moraa Bikondo who was a long friend to kisii deputy governor's mother. Deputy governor of kisii county, Joash maangi had a precious time with the family to condole with them.

"Yesterday in the evening, I condoled with the family and friends of mama moraa Bikondo of Nyasasa village in Chicago borabu ward in South mugirango. Mama Durusila Bikondo was a business partner with my mother Martha for a very long time from the 1970's. The family gave me nostalgic memories as they reminded me of how our mothers used to trust and care for each other. May the Lord rest her soul in eternal peace", Joash maangi said.

Chitago borabu ward member of county assembly in South mugirango is also faulted for the poor condition of roads. He needs to speak to the governor to check on the same since MCA's do not have kits for developments.

Many more areas are facing the same and we urge the government to put more efforts on our roads. It's so shameful for people to carry their loved ones in motorbikes. Very shameful.
