Latest presidential provisional results show the deputy president William Ruto's statehouse match is inevitable. It's already expected that majority of the people across the country would expect Raila Odinga to concede defeat if he lost.
Whether Chebukati will announce the deputy president William Ruto as the winner of this year's election it's something Kenyans are waiting to see. All indicators though point to the scenario that Ruto is indeed the incoming president.
