While talking to his social media platforms, the vocal lawmaker posted photos where he managed to mobilize a mammoth of a crowd in the Kimilili Constituency. Barasa also said that he urged residents to back DP Ruto's presidency come August.
"We've also agreed to support William Samoei Ruto for the top seat come August this year. Proud of my people for endorsing the bottom-up economic model" read part of his post.
Didimus Barasa has been one of the DP Ruto points in the Western Kenya region since his election in 2017 via the Jubilee party. He will be working tirelessly to increase Ruto's popularity in the region.
On the other hand, DP Ruto toured West Pokot where he popularized his bottom-up economic model. DP Ruto was looking to solidify his base from the sitting governor John Lonyangapuo who is supporting Raila Odinga's Azimio la Umoja State House bid.
