David Murathe, Francis Atwoli, Cyrus Jirongo were summoned by the Ethics and Anti- Corruption commission over links to land fraude case in Nairobi, yesterday Thursday November 3rd the jubilee vice chairman David Murathe honoured the summon and appeared before the Anti graft agency.
Murathe was a supporter to the current opposition leader Raila Odinga in the Azimio la umoja one Kenya alliance, murathe is now facing case over land fraud in Nairobi, Addressing the press on Thursday November 3rd at EACC headquarters, the outspoken politician threatened to sue the Anty- graft agency terming the summons illegal.
"I am not involved in Jirongo and County transactions in any way. I just said he owed me money, and he paid me. Where he got his money from is none of my problems," Murathe termed the move by EACC as harassment saying he was not involved in any business with the Nairobi County.
