Interior Cabinet secretary Fred matiang'i has hit out at the deputy president over what he said about security in kerio. The deputy president on Tuesday July 26th attended the presidential debate where he was set participate with former prime minister Raila odinga who did not show up for the debate.
Fred matiang'i has often publicly exchanged words with the deputy president. During the debate Ruto spoke about how security was withdrawn from Kerio valley to fight him politically to know more of what he said you can search the presidential debate on any social media platform.
Matiang'i on 27th July denied the remarks of the deputy president saying such was never done. "We have never withdrawn police from any part of the country"he said. Matiang'i accused him of lying.
