Maraga Indirectly Hits At Uhuru Over Debts and Corruption

The former Chief Justice David Maraga has hit out at President Uhuru Kenyatta over reliance on foreign debts. According to him, the leadership has failed terribly in fighting corruption and sealing the loopholes to ensure money remains in the confines of the country as well is utilized prudently.

According to Justice Maraga money going into corruption due to poor leadership has hit the roof. He is of the view that the incoming leadership in the 2022 general election must tell Kenyans of how they will deal with corruption that has made Kenya rely on debts all through.

Maraga has made it clear that Uhuru Kenyatta has failed in leadership for instead of ensuring good governance he is only relying on debts. He is of the view that at some point Kenyans might decide to take care of their destiny by starting a massive revolution.

The former Chief Justice has made it clear that the president is borrowing too much as corruption takes hold of the country. He is of the view that such actions are taking Kenya back into the back days where corrupt and debts was the order of the day due to poor leadership.
