"This Is A Fraud" Otiende Amoll Cites Major Reasons Why Ruto's Hustlers Fund Is Illegal.

Rarieda constituency member of Parliament Hon Otiende Amollo, has faulted the Hustlers fund which is already being borrowed by Kenyans.

The lawyer member of Parliament cited major reasons why the scheme is illegal despite its official launch.

According to him, there was no cabinet sitting that approved the Hustlers Fund, secondly Dr Otiende argued that there was no budget Approved by Parliament that included the Hustlers fund.

The Orange Democratic Movement party member of Parliament further noted that there was no legislation or regulation on the scheme, he also cited high interest rate which he says is illegal.

The retaining of the savings and alleged threats to defaulters are also major concerns by Otiende. He argued that the scheme needs reflections.

"The Hustler Fund Is A Fraud; No Approval By Ruto Cabinet; No Approved Budget By Parliament; No Approved Legislation Or Regulations, High and illegal interest Rates, Retained Savings In Private Pockets, illegal Threats To Defaulters W/O Legal Backing. These Things Need Reflection!" He posted on his social media pages.
