Former Nairobi County Assembly Speaker Beatrice Elachi has blatantly told the Deputy President William Ruto and his allies not to be excited by the way people are flocking their Political rallies. According to the Gender CAS, rallies do not translate to votes and people in rallies cannot be used to gauge kenya's voting pattern. The former speaker of Nairobi County was speaking on Sunday night Kiririmbi Show at Inooro TV hosted by Francis Gachuri.
"Kenyans remember their tribes on the polling days, so don't be carried by the people flocking those rallies. Most of them just come to see what is going on. But on the day of elections they remember their ethnic groups. You cannot gauge kenyans voting pattern with rallies. Voting scenario changes with people's interests. In 2017 we used to go to Makueni and Kitui, people used fill those rallies but on the day of the Uhuru got a very small percentage," revealed Beatrice Elachi.
