Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino is seemingly a happy man after County Assembly members today voted unanimously to the Building Bridges Initiative BBI. The bill was meant to see constitutional changes and solve some of the historical injustices that have troubled the country.
Ruto's side have been opposed to the initiative while terming it as an expensive exercise to the country. As a matter of fact some of the the members had promised to ensure the bill doesn't pass the county level. Ruto himself promised to stop the BBI 'reggae' as he trespassed through the country with his hustlers narrative.
Today, after a major humiliation to Tangatanga Mps from MCA's who voted to pass the bill, Owino has taken to his tweeter handle to castigate Ruto allied members. "We are not welcoming any Tangatanga Mps. Hatutaki Upuzi," he warned. Babu's message comes at a time when Netizens are asking why Ruto's members are terribly quite about the issue.
