Ichung'wa who is a very close Political Associate to William Samoei Ruto. He sent a very powerful message to Raila Odinga, urging to arrest William Ruto with some concrete Evidence.
He asked Raila Odinga to carry out Investigations on those who were involved with Covid-19 Billionaire Scandal.
